Virtual Patrol solves security industry problems by integrating real-time, intelligent video surveillance with a full cycle of proactive responses that are set in motion to deter potential problems. Responses include the ability for monitoring professionals to “talk down” directly to the site to deter problems and determine if further action by private security, police or emergency services is required. If the issue is escalated, SensorWave dispatchers will send Actionable Video Verification (AVV) directly to uniformed responders to ensure they are fully prepared and have a clear understanding of the situation before responding.
