LT has previously served as the Certified Fitness Trainer for Dicks Sporting Goods in Hunt Valley Maryland and was Assistant Director for Bally Total Fitness. He was also a blogger for examiner.com. Overall, he has six years of experience as a personal trainer. He graduated from Salisbury University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. In college, he played football, did power lifting and ran track. He participated in football, wrestling and track in high school. He served in the military for eight years.
