Creative Contracting, a full-service, design/build remodeling firm in North Wales is thrilled to have had the opportunity to collaborate with the owners and restore a piece of history transforming the Sellersville Theater lobby and outside deck into a welcoming, open area for event attendees. Proprietors William Quigley and Elayne Brick took careful consideration when planning the new lobby space for the theater. Many of the materials were reclaimed and repurposed for the space, including the tongue and groove wood used for the barrel ceiling, the bar used for the ticket booth area and the exposed brick. Quigley commented at the Grand Re-opening, “Very few of us get to live out our dreams. I am fortunate to be one who has. Through your investment in this theatre, you have shown that some things make more sense than dollars. I thank Creative Contracting and in particular, Rich Tomlinson, the project leader.”
Over the last twenty years Creative Contracting has been recognized for their commitment to quality design, construction, and project management with numerous awards for excellence. Their participation in restoring such a community gem will hopefully help theater goers celebrate their love for the arts and music for many years to come.
