FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PR Log (Press Release)Jun 04, 2008 – mpGreek, the biggest digital entertainment network for music and video downloads,  announced that today the company will begin an international rollout of MP3 tracks. These DRM-free MP3 songs are playable on virtually any digital music-capable device, including the PC, Mac(R), iPod(R), Zune(R), Zen(R), iPhone(TM), RAZR(TM), and BlackBerry(R).

The price remained the same as DRM tracks and the encoding quality is higher at 192 kpbs. The MP3 tracks are sold €0.99 and albums are €10.99.

MP3 repertoire will be sold initially in a separate section on mpGreek and MusicNow.  Moreover, it is expected until the end 2008 that the repertoire in whole, to be sold without DRM from all the record labels.

“"EMI first responded to consumer demand for high quality digital music for use on home music systems, mobile phones and digital music players. EMI's DRM-free products will enable full interoperability of digital music across all devices and platforms by releasing the premium downloads.
We welcome our DRM-Free catalogue at mpGreek”, says Margarita Matsa EMI’s managing director.

“"We have received thousands of e-mails from mpGreek customers and affiliates around the world asking us when we will make MP3 available on our network. They can't wait to choose from the biggest selection of high-quality, low-priced DRM-free MP3 music downloads which play on virtually any music device they own today or will own in the future. We believe that the progressive change of actual DRM model in a platform that will not include DRM and mp3 format of repertoire, will increase the sales of digital music as well as the conscience of internet users for legal downloads.”, says Mr. Alexis Kombogiannis mpGreek’s managing director. “
