Elaine Weaver, the talented singer/songwriter from Kentucky, has just released the single CD, “When I Need You”; a single CD jam-packed with a gracious and inspirational voice that has a moving harmonic background.  Elaine’s voice is soft and soulful when singing about the love of life. When listening to this CD one is overwhelmed with compassion for a loved one who is missed.
