Albuquerque, NM - Front Line Transitions’ coaching program and personalized strategic transition plans reduce the complicated military transition process, creating a stress-free transition to civilian life for military retirees and veterans.

Founded by 26-year military veteran, Kathy E. Malone, USN (ret), Front Line Transitions is focused on helping people transition from the military into lives they love.  “When I transitioned from the military, all I had was the military’s Transition Assistance Program (TAP), which created more questions than it did answers,” said Malone. “From that experience, I knew I had to develop a program that would be personal, specific, thorough, timely and holistic. It is the only way a person can successfully transition from the military to civilian life.”

“Front Line Transitions’ Coaching Program was designed to provide what TAP could not provide: a personalized transition plan, which includes assistance in completing all necessary forms, applying for benefits and preparing for career opportunities,” said Malone. “Our program reduces the complicated, chaotic transition process to a few simple steps, enabling people to experience a relatively stress-free transition process.”

Front Line Transitions offers military transitioners a Three-Month Transition Coaching program and a Personalized Transition Power Plan. Front Line Transitions’ Three-Month Coaching Program makes available a team of experts -- in job placement, building a business, finance, investing, health and fitness.  The focus is on the client’s success as a civilian. “At Front Line Transitions, we’re experts at coordinating military transitions,” said Malone.  “Drawing from our extensive database of experts, we’ll help you put together a team that’s perfect for you.”

As part of the Coaching Program, the client receives a personalized step-by-step plan to achieve professional and personal goals, six 30-minute one-on-one coaching calls, and unlimited communication with professional transition coaches.  “We work with our clients to help them clarify exactly what they want for every area of their life,” said Malone. “A strategy for creating and achieving their ideal life is the result of this coaching program.”

Transition strategies are based on the “Wheel of Life” which examines each important part of a person’s life.  It includes business ownership; career; environment; family; friends and relationships; finances; health; fitness and image; personal and spiritual development; and recreation. “Military transitions involve more than just finding a job and replacing a paycheck,” said Malone. “Every area of a person’s life is affected, and will change at some level. Like a wheel, your life will only go forward smoothly when the spokes are equally balanced.”

The Front Line Personalized Transition Power Plan was designed to provide what the military’s Transition Assistance Program (TAP) does not, and is customized to meet the individual’s needs and fit into their time frame. During a one-on-one strategy session call, the person will tell Malone what their goals are, their separation date, and how much time they can devote to transitioning.  A Personalized Transition Power Plan will then be developed, which prioritizes the exact steps to be taken each week during the transition, including identifying which forms need to be completed and how to apply for veteran’s benefits they’re entitled to receive.

The Personalized Transition Power Plan may be purchased separately; however, those who sign up for the Three-Month Transition Coaching Program will receive a FREE Personalized Transition Power Plan.
