Thompsons Africa came up with the idea for a Dine Around programme in Victoria Falls, based on feedback from passengers that purchasing meals direct had become more costly than anticipated and prices between restaurants varied due exchange rate fluctuations and the complexity of the currency situation in Zimbabwe.
The Thompsons Africa concept of one voucher per person at a set price that can be interchanged at eight of the most popular restaurants in Victoria Falls, has provided a simple, affordable and flexible solution to our passengers.
We recommend to all our passengers to take advantage of the Dine Around voucher programme and upgrade their holiday package to a half board basis (breakfast and dinner daily) for a more cost effective holiday.
** With the Dine Around programme, clients can pre-purchase vouchers for the number of dinners required whilst on holiday in The Falls.
** Passengers will still have the option to choose their restaurant whilst on holiday – please see the list of restaurants and dinner options below.
** The Dine Around vouchers issued are redeemable and interchangeable at any one of the participating restaurants below, at one set price.
