Phil Forbes and Steve Haig recently expanded Route 7 Music, 355 Federal Road in Brookfield to accommodate the growing demand for teaching rooms and floor space for the hundreds of guitars, drum sets and accessories it now carries.
Phil continues, “throughout good times and bad, music reflects a back to basics mentality. Video games like Guitar Hero® and Rock Band™ are more popular than ever. For us, they represent the starting point for many who say they want to be “real” guitar players or drummers. Many convert, others do both. Either way, they’re playing and we’re loving every minute of it!”
“They’ll always be competition with online stores versus brick and mortar”, says Steve Haig. He continues “but we win hands-down when our customers consider our one-on- one customer service, staff experience, and buying locally. Serving an area as wide as we do, customers feel good about their purchase, and they keep coming back.”
