"Some of my favorites will be out in the first release," says Weaver. "Our Copper River Salmon Rub features a smoky blend of herbs and wild berries. We discovered these flavors at an open-pit, hardwood-fire salmon bake on the Oregon Coast, and our talented Spice Master was actually able to capture and bottle them.
