Openhome Photography's new fixed price property photography service has now made professional photography available to all.
For a fixed price fee of £99, irrespective of property size, Openhome will provide a full set of professional photographs on a CD to their client. These can then be uploaded, copied or printed as many times as the client wishes at no extra cost.
Historically, many individuals have used estate agents to market their property as they normally provide photography within their service (albeit at varying standards). Many vendors or landlords choose to advertise their properties on the ever-growing number of private house sale websites. Most of these sites are not run by those with estate agent licences, and so cannot offer photography as part of their service. Openhome's new service bridges this gap, so at last, professionally produced property adverts are accessible to those choosing not to pay high estate agent fees.
Openhome founder John Clucas said "For less than £100, property vendors or landlords can now own a full set of professionally produced images of their property, and can distribute them as they wish".
