Dr. Anderson is the president of Powernomics Corporation of America, a corporation dedicated to the restructuring and advancement of black-owned businesses within urban communities throughout the United States. Nationally recognized as an influential intellect and best-selling author, he has popularized black history and continues to strive for social reform.

The Town Hall Meeting is one of the many events scheduled between Friday, June 6 and Sunday, June 8. The Buy Black Weekend II theme is, “There is Power in the Black Dollar,” and activities include an invigorating mixture of education, entertainment and networking. In keeping with the spirit of African American empowerment, an impressive line-up of renowned speakers and presenters will assist, uplift and stimulate an estimated 70,000 attendees.
