ESTRIDGE INTRODUCES DISTINCTIVE NEIGHBORHOOD DESIGN

CARMEL, IN -- Beginning June 1, Estridge is redefining the way new neighborhoods are built around Indianapolis. The introduction of Distinctive Neighborhood Design by Estridge reflects a return to classic neighborhood design as demonstrated in neighborhoods such as Irvington, Meridian Kessler, Broad Ripple. Distinctive Neighborhood Design by Estridge means differentiated home designs and finishes to be built in each Estridge neighborhood. The designs feature signature details complimenting the character of the community surrounding each Estridge neighborhood.

The launch accompanies the introduction of a variety of new home designs. The new homes include ranch and 2-story homes offering main level master bedrooms, open living spaces, lower levels, family foyers with organized storage areas, and other modern home luxuries. Of the new designs, Mr. Estridge remarks, “These new homes are truly designed for the way that people live in their homes today.
