D-Link aims to build closer relationships with its independent retail partners
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
PRLog (Press Release) –
May 29, 2008 – LONDON, UK -- In order to further support its network of independent retail partners, D-Link has introduced the ‘Shop-in-Shop’ in-store retail programme. Designed to create awareness for and maximise the in-store presence of the D-Link brand, the programme has also been shaped to motivate and reward D-Link’s independent reseller partners, by providing them with market-leading pre-sales support, sales materials and a rebate scheme.
D-Link has designed the ‘Shop-in-Shop’ programme to reward participating resellers by offering awards and prizes for the best point-of-sale displays, while a sliding scale of sales rebates helps motivate and recognise a reseller’s performance and sales growth.
With customer service a key part of the D-Link brand experience, the product training provided under the ‘Shop-in-Shop’ programme further ensures that D-Link resellers are able to advise their customers on the D-Link solution most suitable for their network needs, or to guide them through D-Link’s award-winning range of digital home products, including media streamers, storage devices and PowerLine products.
Commenting on the programme, Andrew Mulholland, D-Link Marketing Manager UK & Ireland said, “D-Link is constantly looking at developing the relationships with its channel partners and the launch of the ‘Shop-in-Shop’ programme is the latest in a series of initiatives designed to reward our independent retailers and make it easier for customers to buy D-Link’s innovative and award-winning products.”
Mulholland added, “D-Link recognises the importance of independent resellers and appreciates the great job that they do. The ‘Shop-in-Shop’ programme is our way of showing our appreciation, by providing them with greater product training and support and rewarding sales staff for learning more about D-Link’s products.”
This programme is designed exclusively for UK based independent retailers who operate predominantly from physical retail stores.
