Julie LaTerra Homes launches a “Realtor Girl’s Night Out”

PRLog (Press Release) – May 28, 2008 – Julie LaTerra Homes, custom homebuilder in the Charlotte Metro area announced plans to launch an addition to her successful “Girl’s Night Out” seminars with an industry exclusive, “Realtor’s Girl’s Night Out”.  The first seminar was held May 22, 2008, at the Julie LaTerra Design Center, located across from Concord Mills Mall and was very well received.  Charlotte Realtors enjoyed a fun and relaxing evening of wine, cheese and Hor d’oeuvres accompanied by expert advice on new home design trends and features that are important to their clients, including:  Color Trends 2008, an inspiring, interactive seminar on selecting colors, design and fabrics; “Her Changing Needs”, designs that offer flexible living spaces to accommodate lifestyle changes and aging in place; and “Her Green Home”, features, options and designs that can save money, add beauty, and help sustain the environment.  Presentations and interactive seminars were designed to assist the Charlotte Realtors in growing their business as they learn how they can educate consumers on the most up-to-date trends in custom homebuilding.  Charlotte Realtors and their guest’s received custom made wine glass charms and other Woman Focused ™ gifts.
