, the candle company that began in a garage in Longmont, Colorado, has relocated its operations to Amston, Connecticut. TwinPeaksAmbrosium.com is an ecommerce site which specializes in custom handpoured candles, fragrance oil, hand dipped incense, bath and body products and wedding candles.
"We're very excited about living and working in Connecticut,"
says Shelby Barnes, Jr., co-owner of Twin Peaks Ambrosium. "My wife grew up here, so it's been a great homecoming for her. I had noticed over the years that quite a number of our sales have been from Connecticut, so it's a great opportunity to be closer to our customer base. We're looking forward to growing our business in such a beautiful state, where the long history of 'Yankee ingenuity' is still going strong."
Currently all orders are taken online through the website, as there is no brick-and-mortar store. However, customers are encouraged to call or email if they have any questions, and local pickup is available. If a custom color is desired (for a unity candle or wedding candle, for example), a customer can send a swatch by email or postal mail. Unscented handpoured candles are also available, in any color and many styles from pillars to tapers to votives. The "Sans Smelly" line is perfect for those who enjoy candles but cannot tolerate fragrance. Also, the complete selection of Kate Aspen wedding favors is available online.
