Operating at GPRS-comparable performance levels, TETRA GTi provides a highly effective, end-to-end solution for rapidly submitting and retrieving information, giving remote field staff fast access to web-based applications and resources for efficient mobile working.

The Wap2Web gateway product makes web-centric applications accessible on TETRA hand portables, enabling mobile workers to access web-centric content, make data enquiries, remotely access IT systems and submit forms and pictures.

For the first time, TETRA users can combine voice and data operations on a single radio device, removing the need for additional radio equipment.  Wap2Web’s mission-critical alerting functionality makes it ideal for public safety use, as it allows vital information to be transferred quickly to the point of need.  Staff on the ground can receive SDS message alerts and incident reports and also access pictures, in order to be able to act on vital information quickly and respond effectively to missing persons or accidents reports.

TETRA-G MAIL – Integrated TETRA-G Voicemail
TETRA-G MAIL provides intuitive and easy to use voicemail functionality, enabling hand portable users and dispatch stations to gain access to recorded messages when previously busy or unobtainable, with the user immediately notified of pending voicemail through automatic SDS message dispatch.  

TETRA-G Mail’s voicemail server can record up to four communications simultaneously, and each mailbox can store up to 16 messages per terminal.  The solution is also a scalable one, with the capacity to expand up to 10,000 voicemail boxes.
