In a truly unique dining experience, Karl Hagberg and Bob Sickles collaborated to bring epicureans in Monmouth County an amazing wine and dine dinner series.
Normally reserved for New York's culinary scene, the dinner series featured 7 to 9 course gourmet tasting menus and was hosted weekly at some of NJ's top Zagat Rated restaurants.
"The dinners were an amazing display of what local chef's can do," said Nicole Weidelman who attended all 4 wine dinners. "Each one seemed better than the next and the ingredients like Kobe Beef, Truffles and Abalone made for the finest dishes I've ever had," she added.
With events hosted at Thyme Square in Red Bank, Brandl in Belmar, Kanji in Shrewsbury and Gaetano's in Red Bank, there was a meal to match almost any kind of wine. From california cabs, to spanish Rioja's, to world class Barolo's and Brunello's, thousands of dollars of rated wines were opened at each event. Literally, this dinner series was a BYO wine lovers dream.
