LT says that preparing for a show is one of the hardest things that he’s ever done. But he points out it is also one of the most rewarding. Each show drives him further to improve himself and makes him more determined to succeed. The USBF was founded in Baltimore, Maryland at the end of 1999 as a result of the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) dropping its physique program. Former AAU Maryland State Physique Chairperson, Brian N. Washington, founded the USBF to address his vision for the future of natural bodybuilding. That vision was based on establishing fair and objective competition by:
