PRLog (Press Release) –
May 25, 2008 – Integrity Way Transitional Housing will be implementing a (NRM) New Resident Mentorship program in hopes of giving all new residents added support. Integrity Way’s (NRM) New Resident Mentorship program is expected to launch June 1, 2008. “By getting new residents started on the right path right away, we will eliminate some of the fear that comes with change.” says Matthew Brindisi, new CEO at Integrity Way.
Just a few of the ways a senior resident may help a new resident of Integrity Way is to bring them to recovery based meetings, help them develop a support network and teach them the proper way to do household chores. “The program is designed to reduce fears, work on team building skills, inspire friendships and encourage peer support and accountability,”
says Matthew Brindisi.
