Special Memorial Day Rate for RPRS's "Special Events as a PR Strategy" on May 27

Public relations professionals who attend the Raleigh Public Relations Society’s Tuesday, May 27 meeting on “Special Events as a PR Strategy” will enjoy the member rate of $12 instead of the usual $20 non-member rate.
 
May 22, 2008 - PRLog -- RALEIGH, N.C. – Public relations professionals who attend the Raleigh Public Relations Society’s Tuesday, May 27 meeting on “Special Events as a PR Strategy” will enjoy the member rate of $12 instead of the usual $20 non-member rate.

Joyce Kohn of Kohn Associates will be the guest speaker.  Kohn has over 15 years experience in fundraising, event planning, marketing and PR.  She'll lead a discussion about event planning and how you can approach using events as an effective PR tool to gain exposure for your clients.

The luncheon will take place from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Quinn’s, located in the Crabtree Valley Marriott (4500 Marriott Drive).  Those planning to attend should RSVP via e-mail to Kelly Hubbard, hospitality chair at kelly@largemouthpr.com by Friday, May 23.  Reservations are needed to ensure that adequate seating is available.  The special Memorial Day cost of $12 for both members and guests is payable at the door.  The cost includes lunch and the speaker presentation.
