The Hip-Hop On. Hip-Hop Off. Tour is a 3-hour driving tour complete with a live DJ and MC on the bus, rapping and describing the sights and history of New York. The tour goes from Times Square down to 34th Street and up to 155th Street in Harlem where guests experience sites such as: MTV's TRL, The Apollo Theater, Def Jam Records, The Cotton Club, Roc-a-fella Records, The Graffiti Hall of Fame, Bad Boy Records, and Rucker's Park.
