West Virginia All-Natural Candle Business Expands through United States and Canada

PRLog (Press Release) – May 21, 2008 – It wasn’t until he realized the tremendous and positive feedback from consumers who purchased these amazing, all-natural, cleaner-burning, stronger-scented candles, that Emory Oldaker, owner of the Premier Studio of Dance, would have ever considered being in the candle business.  However, after selling hundreds of candles in just two weeks as a fundraiser for his students at his dance studio, he discovered that these candles could change people’s lives and even support their families.

In just two weeks, students at the Premier Studio of Dance sold nearly $5,000 worth of candles with only 30 students participating in the fundraiser.  Since Premier became a distributor for this candle company in late 2006, it has since began retailing the product and earns enough profit to pay for the monthly mortgage of the business.  In November 2006, Premier was named one of the top 10 retailers for the entire company, Scent-Sations, Inc., which is based out of Pennsylvania.  In early 2008, the company’s President who encouraged him to begin creating a team contacted Oldaker.  So using his creativity and skills with web design, Oldaker founded WVGourmetCandles.com.

“WVGourmetCandles.com was created for my team.  It is a wonderful recruiting tool for new members and generates about 6,000 hits every month.  It also provides more than 1,000 good leads of people every month who want either want to purchase these products, use the products for fundraising, or want to work part-time by joining our team,” says Oldaker.  “I’m hoping to have team members from every state and Canada by December 2008.  My team and I are very excited about spreading the word and helping others who love scented candles to earn a very lucrative income.  We are a wonderful team who all share our knowledge and help each other to grow.  In fact, many other teams and companies charge their member very large fees for leads, but I give mine away for free!”
