The Virginia Commission on Immigration Will Hold The First of Five Public Hearings On May 22

The Virginia Commission on Immigration will hold the first of five public hearings on May 22, 2008, on the campus of George Mason University (Johnson Center), located in Fairfax, Virginia. Two sessions will be held; 2 – 5 p.m. and 6 – 9 p.m.
 
May 20, 2008 - PRLog -- The Virginia Commission on Immigration will hold the first of five statewide public hearings on Thursday, May 22, 2008, on the campus of George Mason University (Johnson Center), located in Fairfax, Virginia.

Two sessions will be held; 2 – 5 p.m. and 6 – 9 p.m.
Sign up for public comment will be onsite at 1:00 and 5:00 p.m.

Public comment will be limited to three minutes per person. Written comments also can be submitted in advance for Commission review via email at immigration.commission@governor.virginia.gov.

The Commission is chaired by Senator John Watkins (R-Powhatan) and co-chaired by Delegate Jackson Miller (R-Manassas).
