New Jersey and Pennsylvania — 7 Scrapbook and Rubber Stamp Stores in New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania will host a Scrap and Stamp Store Shop Hop May 30 – June 14, 2008: Great Scrapbook Escape, www.GreatScrapbookEscape.com
According to the Craft and Hobby Association, Scrapbooking and Paper Crafting continue to be the strongest categories in America’s hobby industry today, with Independent Scrapbook and Rubber Stamp Retailers providing innovative venues for Scrapbook and Stamp Enthusiasts to participate in the craft.
7 Scrapbook and Stamp Stores in New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania have joined together to plan and host the event, offering discounts and prizes for Scrapbookers and Stampers who visit participating stores. Each locations will feature a 6x6 page make n’ take with a Summer theme, while supplies last.
Scrapbook and Stamp Enthusiasts will need a Great Scrapbook Escape Passport to participate, available from participating stores. The Great Scrapbook Escape Passport is a directory to all participating stores, including special store hours, a local map to each store, and a space for the customer to have their Passport stamped when they visit a store. With their Passport, customers may visit participating stores during the event and receive a 15% discount.
Prizes range from a $25 gift certificate from each store to a several prizes over $100 in value donated from companies including Tinkering Ink, Quick Quotes, Cropping Circles, Zsiage, Scrapping Getaways, Susan Gilman Company and Creativity Inc. To become eligible for prizes, customers must visit all of the 7 participating stores and have their Passport stamped.
