Shermco Industries named third best place to work in Dallas/Fort Worth

May 19, 2008 - PRLog -- DALLAS –  Shermco Industries has been ranked third on the Dallas Business Journal’s Best Places to Work for 2008 list.

The prestigious distinction was earned by being one of the top-scoring businesses in an employee survey administered by the Dallas Business Journal and the independent research firm, Quantum Market Research. A record number of companies, 279, qualified for the project this year and only 60 were chosen. Shermco was under the classification of mid-sized companies, that is, those with 100 to 499 local employees.

All 60 Best Places to Work companies were announced in the March 14 edition of the Dallas Business Journal and were profiled in a May 2 special publication. Rankings were revealed in that issue — and at a celebratory luncheon held on May 1 at The Adams Mark Hotel in Dallas.
