The new "Famous Faces" collection from Pink Pooch Designs is undeniably wearable art, as each bracelet features the image of an iconic face like Marilyn Monroe, James Dean, Elvis Presley and Audrey Hepburn, as well as more modern day celebrities like Ellen DeGeneres and Miley Cyrus.
Jewelry designer and founder of Pink Pooch Designs, Staci Caporuscio has been designing beaded jewelry since 2005, however it was a special pattern of the Mona Lisa she came across a couple of years ago that inspired the new Famous Faces Photo Ribbon collection. Ready for sale this spring, the collection features over 27 celebrity faces on the hand beaded Delica Seed Bead bracelets, each one a distinct creation by Caporuscio.
“I design beaded jewelry because it’s my passion, I live, eat, sleep and breathe beads. I even dream about beads and what faces would look good on my bracelets.” says Caporuscio, who launched her new e-commerce store http://www.pinkpoochdesigns.com earlier this month. Price points for the hand crafted bracelets range from $50 to $150 and custom designs and sizes are available upon request.
In addition to the Famous Faces bracelets, Caporuscio has started to design a collection of “Snap Shots” bracelets, some pieces available now, along with her original collections of beaded jewelry, which include rings, necklaces, earrings and a more standard type of bracelet, currently available at http://www.pinkpoochdesigns.com.
