Crescent Ridge Dairy Announces New “S’mores” Ice Cream

Crescent Ridge Dairy, serving more than 100 communities throughout the Boston area, has recently announced the availability of their newest ice cream flavor, S’mores.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PRLog (Press Release)May 15, 2008 – S’mores is the newest flavor creation that Crescent Ridge has added to their 31 flavors and it is available at the company’s Dairy Bars in Sharon (407 Bay Road) and Holbrook (176 South Franklin Street, Route 37) as well as through home delivery.  S’mores was the winning flavor suggested by ice cream aficionados last summer during the “Create a Crescent Flavor” ice cream contest commemorating Crescent Ridge Dairy’s 75th year.

S’mores is a chocolate based ice cream with a fudge swirl that runs throughout.  Chunks of real graham crackers and real marshmallows are carefully churned in.

“S’mores is absolutely delicious and reminds me of sitting around the old camp fire,” noted Mark Parrish, president of the family-owned Crescent Ridge Dairy.
