As a former Strength & Conditioning Coach at 3 major Universities, as well as a gym owner,I am often asked "How can I get fit like that person did." or " I want to look like her." However, their mind is thinking........"
It is more simple than people realize. THERE ARE 4 PIECES TO THE FITNESS PIE CHART:
Why we look the way we look and the 3 options (NOT 4) we have to change it.
Picture each of these in a section of the PIE to the right:
1) Who our parents were, ie.Human Genetics. We can't change this. It is what it is.
2) What we eat.......Our daily diet.
3) Exercise.......any body movement or resistance.
4) Supplementation....Nutritional Formulas. Tablets, Capsules, Powders and Bars.
We can CHOOSE TO CHANGE in any OF THE LATTER 3
CATEGORIES!!! Any 1OF THEM will begin to reshape your body. A combo of all can CHANGE YOUR LIFE.
HOW TO EAT: I can not cover it all in 1 message, but here are a few key tips.
• Shop the perimeter of the grocery store. Not the isles.
• Get multiple protein intakes throughout the day.
• Eat protein for breakfast. EAT BREAKFAST....PERIOD!
• If it Runs, Flies or Swims....Eat It. Think Cave Man Diet. No processed foods back then.
• Cut out as many of the WHITES as you can. White sugar, flour, pasta, rice.
• Eat less. The fact of the matter is MOST people just flat out over feed their own pie holes.
ABOUT EXERCISE: Just MOVE your BODY or put a little resistance training in your routine. Sweat for a change!
