Marketing Specifics Wins Design Awards for Luxury Residential Communities

May 15, 2008 - PRLog -- The company recently won an award for best regional Sales Center during The Nationals banquet, at this year’s International Builders' Show for The Reserve at Lake Keowee. Marketing Specifics has also won an Award of Excellence from PIAG for their community brochure with Cheval, an equestrian community in Mint Hill, North Carolina.

The Reserve at Lake Keowee Sales Center is a 2,736 square foot facility located in the epicenter of the community, called The Village. This state-of-the-art center is designed to provide The Reserve’s unique community experience while providing complete real estate information through graphic displays, interactive plasma and interior design.

Marketing Specifics designed the space in a traditional and classical feel that was inspired by the areas rich treasures. An example of this custom approach is the hospitality kitchen, which was crafted out of 100-year old reclaimed cherry breams. The sales center won for the best regional sales and information center for Greenwood Development Corporation.

Cheval, which means horse in French, is a Tuscan inspired equestrian community where Marketing Specifics has not only handled the development of the Sales Center, but also the community’s full marketing, advertising and consulting duties. Marketing Specifics designed the community brochure that communicated luxurious living, comfortable housing, relaxation and refinement.  The community brochure garnered an Award of Excellence from PIAG for Graphic Solutions.
