FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PRLog (Press Release)May 15, 2008 – SPOKANE, Washington – OneCall (http://www.onecall.com) began offering flat panel purchasers their choice of how to display their new HDTV in their home. The current special allows those who buy 40-inch or larger plasma and LCD HDTVs to choose either a three-shelf stand from Sanus or a fixed wall-mount bracket from OmniMount.

Over 50 of OneCall’s flat panel TV models qualify for this promotion. Many familiar name brands qualify, too, such as LG, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, Samsung, Sharp, Sony and Toshiba.

“In past similar promotions, we only gave away the brackets,” explained Brad Schwartz, OneCall’s Ecommerce Manager. “But then we read in some consumer reports that a large percentage of flat panel buyers were not, in fact, hanging their new HDTVs on the wall. They were simply placing the flat panel on existing stands or in entertainment centers where they previously kept their old tube TVs. It just seemed like a no-brainer to change things up a bit and offer customers the opportunity to choose what best fit their home entertainment setup.”

A look at the relevant product detail pages shows the bracket retailing normally for $98.95, while the stand is selling for $199.99. “With our everyday low price-matching strategy, the prices of more than half the qualifying flat panels fall between one and two thousand dollars,” Schwartz said. “The free bracket or stand represents an additional savings for most customers equivalent to roughly 10 to 20 percent of their TV’s price.”

The promotion runs through May 26, 2008, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time.
