VertexLCD to Exhibit New “Adaptive Transflective” Technology for LCD Panels at SID 2008

PRLog (Press Release) – May 15, 2008 – VertexLCD Inc. will showcase its new proprietary “Adaptive Transflective” technology for enhancing traditional Color Active Matrix LCD panels at this year’s SID International Symposium. VertexLCD is a leading manufacturer and integrator of display enhancement solutions for military, avionics and ground mobile applications as well as commercial and industrial applications.

VertexLCD “Adaptive Transflective” Technology (ATTTM) enhances transmissive performance by achieving greater viewability and higher brightness in ambient light/sunlight, as well as contrast improvements. Through our advanced optical enhancement capabilities, VertexLCD ATTTM can improve traditional transmissive CCFL/LED-backlit LCD panels 600 cdm2 in ambient light conditions to 1500 cdm2, utilizing VertexLCD custom designed backlight unit system.
