Industry leader in Web Based Trucking Software adds Support Specific Department

PRLog (Press Release) – May 14, 2008 – ITS Dispatch has seen a tremendous growth in their customer base for their trucking and broker software (http://its-dispatch.com) over the past 5 months. Previously, all support and training was being done by the sales staff which was an adequate solution for the size of the customer base that we had. With the growth thus far this year and the anticpated continued growth, the management effected a new departmant that will focus on nothing by support and training for all new and existing customers.

The new support and traing department for http://its-dispatch.com, commenced operations May 12, 2008. Customers have been quite pleased thus far at the level of training and follow up that is being offered. Most trucking software companies charge annually for support and training but this is something that the management at ITS Dispatch is not interested in doing.

We sell a product that is very simple for the average user to operate. It provides all the tools that a trucking or brokerage company would need to better manage their respective businesses and they are quite pleased with the price point. To nickle and dime our customers for supporting and training on our own products, just does not seem right and we refuse to do so.
