FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PRLog (Press Release)May 14, 2008 – CARY, N.C. – Doug Malawsky, executive vice president and COO of Horticultural Asset Management, Inc. (HMI) (www.moneygrowsontress.com), has announced that Collier Arbor Care has joined the Premier Level Member (PLM) Network. As a member of the PLM Network, a Collier Arbor Care certified arborist will conduct landscape inspections on residential and commercial properties. Using the information collected by the assessor during the inspection, HMI’s system calculates the replacement cost value and assigns a plant health score for each tree inspected. That information, along with the specific type, size, location and any symptoms present at the time of the inspection, is presented in a TreeFacts™ Inspection report. Based in Portland, Ore., Collier Arbor Care provides professional tree, shrub and lawn care services, including a plant health-care program, targeted insect and disease treatments, pruning trees and shrubs, tree removal and stump grinding, organic-based lawn care, tree and shrub fertilization, landscape weed control, consulting and diagnosis.

Members of HMI’s PLM Network are able to provide property owners with risk mitigation services, repair and tree replacement services as needed. In addition, PLM Network members receive work referrals and customized report covers and discounted pricing on HMI’s TreeFacts™ reports.

The replacement cost values listed in the TreeFacts™ Inspection report can be used to establish insurance coverage requirements, help determine casualty loss values and support the asking price of a landscaped property during a real estate transaction. The report lists any symptoms that may predispose a tree to failure, which enables property owners to address these issues before a loss occurs.
