Not only are Cardiff in with a chance of winning their first FA Cup in 81 years by beating Portsmouth, but recent reports from the Football Association state that Cardiff may participate in next seasons UEFA cup as an English representative despite rules stating that Welsh teams can only qualify for Europe through their own national competitions.
