The public view is still undecided as to whether the media download sites dedicated to people sharing their music/media files, such as www.music-mediadownloads.com , should be allowed or not, of course the regular guy (or girl) on the street would say that we should be allowed, it is a free country, “I can share or lend my cd’s to my friends so why can’t I share them over the web” but then the people who make money out of the music and media will of course disagree as they believe that people will stop buying their products and just download them for free.
I can’t really say who’s right or who’s wrong both arguments have very strong cases for and against , I know that I like to buy my new cd or dvd as soon as it comes out and giving either as a present is a lot more personal than just downloading it for someone but then on the other hand I could probably download an old track or film from my past that the shops just simply won’t have.
As you can imagine this argument could go on for days and still not be resolved and I have only just scratched the surface. While you have a think about this why not download some music to listen too and become part of the debate at www.music-mediadownloads.com
