CPU, 128 MB RAM/128 MB ROM, 3.5” QVGA backlight, TFT-LCD 256K color display, 24 + 1 alphanumeric keypad, 2 scanner buttons, I/O button, speaker, microphone and headset jack, high capacity 4400 mAh lithium ion main battery, Li-ion back up battery, charging dock, synchronization cable, RS232, USB1.1 and a dust and waterproof rating of IP65.
