XCEL choreographer CiCi Kelley works on Tyler Perry's "House Of Payne" Promos for TBS.

May 13, 2008 - PRLog -- Xcel Talent Agency Atlanta announced today that the choreography of CiCi Kelley will be appearing throughout the United States on television and select Regal Cinemas for the hit television series Tyler Perry’s House of Payne for their summer promotions.  A series of three installments of the promos will show behind the scenes footage of cast rehearsals in Atlanta’s popular Gotta Dance Studio along with Island Def Jam, 2008 Grammy nominated artist for Best Female R&B Vocal Performance, Chrissette Michelle.

In 2008, MTV recruited CiCi Kelley’s talents as a dance coach on the series MADE.  The Atlanta native is an unstoppable force on the dance floor exemplified by her work with legendary great Tina Turner by the age of 16 and choreographing for the historic “Apollo Theater” in Harlem, New York by the time she was 21.  Kelley attended the University of the Arts in Philadelphia focusing on the craft of dance, which is where this classical and jazz trained dancer’s creativity began to flourish.  Kelley’s talent is documented on videos, DVDs, television, stage plays and tours with platinum artist and renowned play writes. Tyler Perry's House of Payne is a new comedy series about a multigenerational, working class family who experiences all of life's struggles with faith, love and most importantly humor. Pops (LaVan Davis), the head of the household, has his life and home turned upside down when an unexpected event forces his nephew, CJ, played by Allen Payne, and CJ's kids to move into the house, putting three generations under one roof. Putting the “family” back in family-comedy, Tyler Perry's House of Payne tackles real life issues with very funny humor.
