The managers and administrators of the website TheCombatVeteran.com announced today the official launch of the website http://www.thecombatveteran.com on May 15, 2008. "We are very excited to offer this service to current and former members of the United States Military as well as military enthusiasts."
The Website is geared toward members of the United States Military and military enthusiasts. Current features of the website include a Veteran Resource page, Hero Nominations, a military related Photo Contest, and much more. "The whole premise of the site is get users involved to create the content of the website, that way content that is relevant to what users need and want," said Cox, "plus all of the people involved in the production and maintenance of TheCombatVeteran.com are Veterans of the US Military."
Membership in TheCombatVeteran.com is free of charge, "...we just ask for members to contribute to the content and growth of the website. All information submitted is reviewed carefully by our moderators for accuracy and relevance." says Cox.
A small launch party for invited guests will be held at an undisclosed location in Northern Utah.
