• Dean Ogan, owner of Rocky Top Hospitality, has announced that the restaurant will host a seafood cooking class at Red Room Tapas Lounge, located at 510 S. Glenwood Ave. from noon–2 p.m. on Saturday, June 14.
• The class will teach attendees how to prepare three easy shrimp recipes, salmon and scallops and sushi grade tuna.
• You will also learn about great seafood wines and tips for buying seafood from local grocers or local fish markets.
• Each participant will receive a take home bag that will include dinner for two, wine, and recipes.
• The cost of the class is $75 per person, and 10 percent of all proceeds will be donated to the American Heart Association.
