BPC Holding has approached SNS with the objective of implementing a supply chain execution solution that would automate, optimize and increase the productivity of their warehousing processes. In addition, BPC Holding demanded a reliable warehouse management solution that would enable it to successfully track its warehouse stock, reduce the order cycle time, minimize the picking mistakes, as well as monitor the efficiency of its warehouse personnel.
Besides the implementation of a Warehouse Management System, BPC is planning to work with SNS in the near future to implement the following solutions:
• A route planning application to help BPC Holding optimize their shipment deliveries, and reduce their fuel costs
• A workshop maintenance system that allows BPC Holding to manage all the operations related to their workshop centre.
• A fleet management solution that would enable BPC Holding to manage and maintain their truck fleet.
• An integration solution, in partnership with Boomi, to integrate not only the mentioned solutions but also the different ERPs used by the multiple companies under the BPC Holding such as: Dataflow, Softmind, and Argus.
