FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PRLog (Press Release)May 11, 2008 – “ROAD TO READY” RADIO SHOW FEATURES FORMER U.S. SENATOR ROBERT KRUEGER AS SPECIAL GUEST MAY 16, 2008

The Road to Ready internet radio show, hosted by Rick Tobin, will broadcast a very important show on Friday, May 16, 2008 at 12:00 Noon, Pacific Time. The show will focus on issues involved with the U.S. approach to Homeland Security and Terrorism, as well as the need to support peace in countries so that catastrophic aid can be effective when natural events strike, as has just occurred in Myanmar.

The show’s special guest has an important message for every listener to take note. The Honorable Former U.S. Senator Robert Krueger will discuss his experiences as U.S. Ambassador to Burundi during acts of genocide in that country, as described in his new book, “From Bloodshed to Hope in Burundi: Our Embassy Years during Genocide.”

Rick Tobin, the host of the Road to Ready has stated publicly for years that, “We cannot aid people in disasters when their country is under the rule of tyranny or civil unrest.” Senator Krueger is simply one of the last voices of wisdom left in the realms of American Statesmanship—a peacemaker without a personal agenda.

Listeners can access the show directly at Noon Pacific Time, this Friday May, 16 online at:

Archives of all the Road to Ready shows, and some free guides, and specific Internet links from the shows are at:

The Road to Ready will feature a full hour of discussions, ideas, tools, and interviews with one goal: to provide a few basic concepts each week that listeners can use to ensure they are a bit more ready than they were the week before for any interruption life may bring. The show’s primary sponsor is ESi, the developer of the emergency software WebEOC®.
