The division will focus on the purchasing, listing, marketing, maintenance and sales of Las Vegas short sales and pre foreclosures, Corporate Owned Las Vegas Real Estate, Las Vegas foreclosures, Real Estate Owned (REO) properties in Las Vegas and other distressed properties.

On the listing side of the Las Vegas REO division, The Ballen Group of Coldwell Banker Las Vegas, headed by Richard Ballen, will provide Las Vegas REO services such as: Occupancy verification, Cash for Keys, Eviction, Re Key, BPO services, Rehab, Marketing Reports, Negotiation, Closing Coordination, Trash Out, Landscaping Oversight, Home Warranties, Feedback, Las Vegas MLS search & entry, and a Comprehensive Marketing Package including national print & internet marketing, featured ads, custom website, video, motion tour, brochures, direct mail, agent caravans, open houses, and mall kiosks.

Each buyer will receive a comprehensive report on each foreclosure including the history, current status, and fair market value in addition to the opportunity to receive representation from The Ballen Group to bid on a Las Vegas Foreclosure.
