Between May 1st and June 15th 2008 brides - to - be must submit a picture as well as write a short essay explaining why they think they should win a "Dream wedding Makeup and Beauty Makeover"
"We specialize in makeup in beauty and we know how important it is to look as amazing as possible on a brides wedding day, so we decided to give 3 lucky woman a chance to live out their fantasy at our expense," said NOMA Beauty Magazine's Editor-at-Large and National Online Makeup Artists, CEO, Kelli Dunn
The Makeover will be photographed and will appear in a future issue of NOMA Beauty Magazine.
