Your health, well-being and safety should be your top priority when you’re booking your adventure holiday. Do some research on the company you are booking with and make sure they have a reputation for professionalism and high standards. If you are travelling alone or as a couple, try to book a tour with people of a similar age. You don’t want to be the only 25 year in a group of over 55’s.

Find out as much about your adventure holiday as you can before you go. Ask your tour operator how you will be travelling so that you know what to expect on the trip. Find out what visas you will need for your country of choice and if you need any vaccinations.
