Panco® Bun Pans & Racks Combine Durable, Efficient Operation

PRLog (Press Release) – May 08, 2008 – Panco® bun pans and racks from Eagle Foodservice Equipment provide the efficiency and durability necessary for the demanding requirements of commercial foodservice operations.

Panco® aluminum sheet pans are available in either 18- or 16-gauge 3003-H-24 aluminum alloy construction, ensuring extra hardness and durability, and also feature rust-resistant beading. Choose from solid or perforated models in half or full sizes, as well as glazed finish. NSF-certified sheet pans are also available in either solid or clear-anodized aluminum alloy construction. Designed to fit inside the sheet pans, chrome or stainless steel drip racks are offered in both half and full sizes.

Panco® open utility racks are manufactured using stainless steel or high-strength extruded aluminum sections. Rack slides are designed to fit all popular tray sizes and accommodate a variety of products. Non-marking NSF-approved swivel casters allow easy-glide roll and maneuverability. Now available, new Lifetime Series racks, which carry a lifetime guarantee against rust and corrosion, as well as, material defects and/or workmanship.

Choose from a wide variety of styles and models, including 18" x 26" tray racks, working-height racks, combination racks for pans and trays, multi-compartment racks, extruded side panel racks, can racks, as well as, oval and Z-type nesting racks. Specially designed workstation and refrigerator roll-in models are also offered. Accessories such as locking-brake casters and a choice of bumper designs are available.
