One UK passenger was recently caught “mooning” at a speed camera in Northumbria and of course the camera nailed the perfect shot. While the actual driver wasn’t offending the passenger certainly was and those passing in their cars were quick off the mark to catch the event on film with their own mobiles, which clearly was a distraction. However somehow I cannot see an identity parade happening so no charges will be made.
