Tampa, Fl – With its mission to strengthen the economy of the Greater Tampa Bay region through bilingual business technical assistance and training, the Hispanic Business Initiative Fund (HBIF) will now help small/minority businesses sell their product to the world’s largest retailer.
Wal*Mart, Inc. recently announced a special initiative to support local small businesses interested in participating in the company’s procurement process. During a presentation in Tampa Bay, attendants received an overview of Wal*Mart’s expectations. It was also announced that HBIF will be providing local business with technical assistance to successfully enter the procurement process.
