May 06, 2008 – The Shini USA Central Granulators, available in 460 or 230 volt, incorporate a standard welded steel rotor cutting design ensuring well proportioned granules with minimal amounts of dust. All parts are accessible for easy cleaning and maintenance. The granulators with the drop-down screen cradle and power tilt mechanism on the infeed hopper are easy to maintain and safe to operate ensuring excellent performance. Use beside the press, grinding sprues, runners and rejected parts.
The noise-free granulators feature an open rotor blade cutting design which allows the grinder to cut the plastic into small, cleanly balanced granules.
The Shini USA SG-3690 Central Granulator with a tangential feed and a power tilt adjustable hopper has a 14 x 35” cutting chamber with 2 x 2 cutting blades and 3 x 2 rotating blades and throughputs of 2000 lbs/hr.
