About the book: I.M. Heart shares experiences about feelings, and gives you tools and strategies to work through them. By working through them the character means to heal the hurt and angers coming from fears so that we can fully experience the joys that come from love. The book includes 10 chapters devoted to recognizing feelings; processing them; healing fear, hurts and pains; feeling love and loving yourself; connecting to spirit; and connecting to others with heart.
About the author: Sue McDaniel has a life-long interest in searching for understanding of herself and others. She is a teacher at heart with experience at all levels of education. A love of learning lead to completion of a Ph.D. and the search for understanding led to study of feelings and behaviors. I.M. Heart is her first solo publication.
