PRLog (Press Release) - May 05, 2008 -
Leading SaaS business solutions provider and salesforce.com Select Consulting Partner, Sofia Works today revealed another success story showcasing its skill in delivering intelligent, flexible business solutions. Developed for the independent charity Teach First, and using sophisticated salesforce.com Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology, the innovative system enables the organisation to better manage, record and evaluate the complex end-to-end graduate recruitment process.

Teach First attracts, selects, trains, places and supports top graduates to work in challenging schools and for leading employers after the 2 year programme. When the company needed to replace its existing custom built recruitment management system to accommodate future business growth it contacted leading SaaS business solutions provider and salesforce.com Select Consulting Partner, Sofia Works.

James Darley, Director of Graduate Recruitment at Teach First, explained: “With Sofia Works’ help and expertise we were able to evolve and grow our existing salesforce.com system to meet the needs of graduate recruitment. We now have a solution that supports our candidates from initial registration of interest through application to the final hiring decision process. It also arranges and manages our data in a more efficient way, improving the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.”

Graduates are able to register their interest in a ‘sister’, non-salesforce.com system which shares this data with the live salesforce.com environment at the moment of application. The recruitment process is then recorded stage by stage by Teach First staff with field-based workers able to remotely manage and update information via the Internet.

Brett Wigdortz, CEO and Founder of Teach First, commented: “Without question, the salesforce.com technology and the work carried out by Sofia Works has allowed us to expand the Teach First programme nationwide.”

Frank Seo, President of Sofia Works, concluded: “Our work with Teach First highlights our commitment to the non-profit sector and further illustrates how Sofia Works continues to build industry-leading, bespoke systems. We are proud to be involved with both the project and the organisation.”
